Each session will be different and challenging for your fitness level. I will encourage you to push yourself as hard as you can in order to challenge your body and create the desired changes.
I encourage my clients to train outside in the fresh air which is even better for your heart and lungs, e.g. a local park or even a local children’s playground!
I work with fully committed people who are willing to fill in my Food, Mood, Activity Daily Diary / Journal for at least 4 weeks (we look through it together at each face to face session, reflect and learn from it), who are prepared to incorporate as much physical activity (even basic walking outdoors) as they possibly can in between our face to face sessions (I ask clients to show me their time management sheets / diaries with clearly marked slots for their physical activities), who are prepared to make changes and focus on the benefits of those changes rather than thinking about what they might be missing out on.
I mainly work with female clients of different ages – my youngest client so far has been a 14 years young girl and my oldest client – a 75 years old lady who suffered a fall and a broken hip and lost her confidence in walking.
My particular areas of expertise are weight loss & hormonal fat loss and kettlebell training. Although I offer an hourly rate for kettlebell training, the weight loss and fat loss programmes work best when delivered over a period of time. It takes time, dedication and perseverance in order to see true life changing habits emerge and establish and this is why 4 week block is the minimum length of training on my weight loss and fat loss programme. The basic 4 weeks package starts at £180 for up to 4 face to face sessions in 4 consecutive weeks with the full support via phone, text, email, Facebook, Skype or Whatsapp in between those sessions (T&C apply).
I offer a 30 minute long Taster & Exploration session at a reduced price of £20 to my potential clients so that they can meet me in person and so that we can discuss whether having a personal trainer is the best option for them.
